Today's Video, is something I had reservations about filming but a few of you have requested it so I decided to do it anyway.

The reason I had reservations is because I want you to know that you are beautiful just the way you are. The media and the beauty industry has done a lot of damage to our self image over the years and has some of us, infact most of us, convinced that our faces and noses don't look "perfect". I want you to know that is not the case. Our noses are part of us, they are pieces of our parents and ancestor's passed down, they are what make us look like us.

I used to contour my nose almost daily but it's something I stopped doing around a year ago when I learnt to accept myself more.
