When is my order shipped?
We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the Monday
How long will it take to get my order?
This depends on whether it's a *Domestic or an International order. All orders within the U.K. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days.
Where’s my package?
Please be advised that we request buyers to fill in there address details accurately at the time of him/her placing the order.
If the buyer has placed the order with a wrong address then we will not be held responsible for him/her not receiving the item. You will need to contact your local post office to see if item has been returned to them.

Customs Fees For International Buyers
We charge international postage fee's in relation to your location. But each country varies in customs fees and taxes, these and any additional fees have to be taken up by you with customs in your country.
How can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Since the turnaround time on weekdays is around 24 hours, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
