I don't like the heavy foundation look or tide marks but do like a decent base for eye make up. It's a great brush for that, as I can put some foundation on my eyelids then use the brush to blend it In to the wider area. Tiniest amount of translucent powder and I have a decent base without the humiliating caking of a mask all over my hairy wrinkly open pored face. Lol. I've tried it for foundation on the rest of my face after doing eye make up, and it's great. It spreads foundation thin so it evens out skin tone without creating a mask that hangs in lines.
