Returns 

We have a 14 day returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, you will need to return your items to the address provided below, You will need to include the dispatch note you received with your items so that our team can locate your order to process your refund once your item is received.

Please write on either the dispatch note or on a separate note your reason for returning the item so our warehouse can process the items accordingly.

You will need to return your items via a tracked service and keep the tracking reference.

 

Refunds

Your item will be inspected and processed once received, the refund will then be applied to your account. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to process back in to your bank account.

If your refund was processed more than 10 days ago and it is not showing in your account we first recommend you contact your bank to check as during busy periods there can be delays with your bank processing the funds back in to your account. If this has been done then please contact us at support@coabe.com where we will be able to look in to this further for you.


Faulty Items:

Faulty items are processed differently and MUST NOT follow the returns process.

In the unlikely event your item has arrived faulty or damaged please contact us at support@coabe.com where we will be able to resolve the issue for you.
