DIRTY BRUSHES RUIN GOOD MAKEUP
You've invested in good brushes, but over time, layers of foundation, concealer, etc. build up on the bristles. What starts invisible, quickly affects how your makeup looks and applies.
Here's why it matters more than you might think....
-
Your bristles stop blending properly
Product buildup weighs bristles down and causes them to clump together. Instead of moving freely across your skin, they drag, giving you a streaky, uneven finish instead of that seamless blend.
-
Old product muddies your new foundation
Dried, oxidised foundation sitting in your brush gets mixed straight into your fresh product. The result? A dull, muddy tone that doesn't match your skin.
-
It can irritate your skin
Bacteria naturally builds up in dirty brushes over time. Regular use transfers this directly onto your skin, which can lead to breakouts, redness, and irritation especially if you have sensitive skin.
HOW OFTEN?
Clean your brushes at least once a month
If you use liquid or cream products daily, aim for a couple of times per month to keep them performing their best.
What we recommend:

AFTER CLEANING
How to dry your brushes
How you dry your brushes matters just as much as how you clean them. Drying them the wrong way can cause the same water damage you worked hard to avoid. Follow these simple steps to keep them in great shape
1. Gently squeeze out excess water
After washing, lightly press the bristles between your fingers or against a clean towel to remove excess water. Don't pull or twist, just a gentle squeeze is enough.
2. Use the towel roll method
Lay a towel flat and roll up one end to create an elevated ridge. Rest your brush handles on the rolled section so the bristles angle downward. This lets any remaining moisture drain away from the brush head rather than into it.
3. Leave to air dry completely
Allow brushes to dry naturally overnight in a well-ventilated spot. Never use a hairdryer, the heat damages bristles and breaks down the glue in the brush head.
! Never dry brushes standing upright
Standing wet brushes upright in a pot or glass causes water to run down into the brush head — the same damage as submerging them. Always keep the bristles angled downward until fully dry.

Very fast delivery bought for my wife. Her response when she used it to clean her foundation brush, the one from your store was she couldnt believe how good it was. Thought she had been cleaning it thoroughly before but this shampoo and cleaning pad showed how much foundation was left deep down. Best cleaner and pad 10/10.
